I can’t get enough of OrangeTwist (have ya’ll seen my post on their HydraFacials? Amazing!) so I decided to try out CoolSculpting, and I wasn’t disappointed. CoolSculpting is the non-invasive version of liposuction, and as soon as I heard there was a way to lose fat without any needles or recovery time I was there faster than you can say Taco Tuesday.

WHAT IS COOLSCULPTING?

CoolSculpting is a non-invasive solution to fat-loss. It essentially “freezes the fat away” by using cold temperatures to target and freeze fat cells, which eventually kills them off. Over a period of time your body then processes the dead fat cells and flushes them out, leaving you with a more toned and sculpted appearance. If that isn’t enough to convince you, here are 10 reasons why I loved CoolSculpting:

4. THE FACILITIES ARE PRETTY BOMB, TOO.

In addition to the awesome staff, the facilities at OrangeTwist are extremely professional and upscale- it’s more like being at a spa than a doctor’s office. I was treated to a nice, fluffy robe, and I sipped tea and used their complimentary WiFi while I was waiting.

5. THE PROCEDURE ITSELF IS QUICK AND EASY.

The CoolSculpting session was quick, non-invasive, and virtually painless. I was up and running errands immediately afterwards! There’s definitely no downtime or recovery necessary; the only discomfort I experienced was a little tenderness on the spots that were sculpted, but it was slight and went away quickly.

6. IT DOESN’T PUT ANY OTHER PARTS OF YOUR BODY AT RISK, AND IT’S FDA APPROVED.

CoolSculpting only targets fat cells, so the rest of your skin and tissue remains completely unharmed. But if you’re still on the fence about safety, know that it’s completely FDA approved so you don’t need to worry about any risks or adverse effects, as long as the sculpting is done by trained medical professionals (like Dr. Steven!)
