Five IG Fitness Goddesses for Your Best Summer Body

We love Instagram for so many reasons—#OOTD (outfit of the day) envy, #designporn, and @KimKardashian updates—but it’s also the place for #Fitspo (fitness inspiration). Whether it’s naked yoga or a hottie Olympic swimmer, IG gives us endless opportunities to jumpstart our own #workoutgoals.

While there’s every kind of fit babe to peep, these are the OG fitness goddesses who consistently inspire with their beautifully balanced approach to womanhood, motherhood and smashing our health and wellness goals.

For Your Best Butt: Jen Selter (@jenselter)

New Yorker Jen is the creator of the #belfie (butt selfie) and for good reason: Her booty is so popping, it’s been featured in Vanity Fair. (Her abs are also insane.) Now the head of a fitness empire—with more than 12 million followers on IG—Jen continues to wow with belfies from global gorgeousness from Cologne to Capri and points in between, all while offering her fans the chance to work out with her online programs.

For Moms-to-Be: Kayla Itsines (@kayla_itsines)

This Australian trainer was early to the fitfluencer trend on IG. With 11 million followers, her Bikini Body Guide (BBG)—a 12-week, 28-minute workout program—has transformed millions of women’s lives and bodies. Check out the hashtags #kaylasarmy and #bbgprogress to see how devoted and fit her followers are. Kayla just gave birth to her first baby and did modified versions of her intense workout through every stage of her pregnancy—with the cutest bump ever, of course.

For Double the Inspo: Base Body Babes (@basebodybabes)

Aussie sisters Felicia and Diana are all about lifting weights, eating well and connecting with like-minded women. Their IG is one of the most gorgeous fitness feeds around—beautifully photographed (healthy) eats, sister love and serious lifting. Their four-week online program combines training and nutrition for women who can’t get to one of their three training studios in Sydney.

For Power Moves: Kaisa Keranen (@kaisafit)

A self-described movement coach, Kaisa’s resume is impressive: A heptathlete in college, she holds a master’s degree in Science, Sports Performance, and Injury Prevention. Kaisa suffered injuries throughout her college athletic career and wanted to know how to heal herself (and, eventually, her clients) while still reaching her athletic goals. Known for explosive power moves—like a 180-degree-turn jump squat—Kaisa was tapped by then-FLOTUS Michelle Obama for her 2015 “Let’s Move” digital campaign. Kaisa’s also got a drool-worthy collection of kicks that she showcases on her feed.

For Post-Partum Realness: Emily Skye (@emilyskyefit)

Fashion-model-turned-fitness-guru Emily has spoken about starving herself as a model before changing her life and her “skinny” mentality with strength training. Emily gave birth to her daughter Mia in December 2017 and has been no-holds-barred about the hard work of getting back into shape—bloated tummies, wrinkled belly skin and all. Emily also promotes mindfulness with guided meditations and articles on mental wellness.

Feeling motivated yet? Get thee to your IG! And if you’re struggling with some stubborn bulges that don’t seem to budge, schedule a free CoolSculpt consultation—and rock your summer body.
