I have called and have not heard back from anyone?
Yikes, so sorry! You are very important to us and we’re doing our best to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. We’re functioning with a limited crew at this time and working through voicemails and emails is our top priority.
I have an appointment for April 30th, will it still happen?
This situation is just so fluid. We want to say yes from the highest mountains, but unfortunately, we can only follow our community state and CDC guidelines to keep all of us safe and healthy. You will be the first to know as soon as we know more and we will call to confirm appointments.
I have unused treatments in my package. Can I get a refund?
All refunds will be granted as store credit, not a cash refund, with no expiration date to be used on future treatments. If there is a medical reason that no longer allows you to have a certain type of treatment, those dollars can be shifted and used towards any other treatment that fits your needs. If you have purchased treatments we no longer offer, we can also work with you on moving those dollars towards other treatments offered.
What can I do to take care of my skin at home?
DIY, heck yeah! Check out our Let’s Twist blog for fun things to try while you’re at home but for the day-to-day we still got you! Call or email us to set up a complimentary virtual skin care session. We can talk skin, your routine and offer tips and tricks.

We did all of this so we can grow with you, our clients, through the best and worst of times.
