During these past months of uncertainty and change, we have been looking forward to the day when we can welcome you back to OrangeTwist. Once we do, we will operate based on the re-opening guidelines established by the CDC. As we get ready to open our doors to serve you again to your “look good, feel good” routine, here’s what you need to know:

TEMPERATURE MONITORING

Temperature will be taken before each shift.

LIFE MASKS

Life masks will be required to be worn by our team.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We will practice social distancing by staying 6 feet apart during check-in and check-out.

LOTS OF DEEP CLEANING

Before and after every visit we will be cleaning door handles, beds, counters, treatment machines, iPads, and products.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

Need to stock up on your favorite skincare products? Curbside pickup is available as well as shipping options.

Masks will be required to your appointment.

CHECK-IN PROCESS

Let us know when you arrive and wait in your car until you receive a call from us. We will provide you with hand sanitizer upon entry and will go over our safety guidelines together.

HEALTH SCREENING

We will conduct a health screening Q+A and temperature check.

CHECK-OUT PROCESS

Check out process will be completed inside the treatment room, you may pay via phone or while practicing safe distancing.

I have called and have not heard back from anyone?
Yikes, so sorry! You are very important to us and we’re doing our best to get back to everyone as quickly as possible. We’re functioning with a limited crew at this time and working through voicemails and emails is our top priority. 

I have unused treatments in my package. Can I get a refund?
All refunds will be granted as store credit, not a cash refund, with no expiration date to be used on future treatments. If there is a medical reason that no longer allows you to have a certain type of treatment, those dollars can be shifted and used towards any other treatment that fits your needs. If you have purchased treatments we no longer offer, we can also work with you on moving those dollars towards other treatments offered.

What can I do to take care of my skin at home?
DIY, heck yeah! Check out our Let’s Twist blog for fun things to try while you’re at home but for the day-to-day we still got you! Call or email us to set up a complimentary virtual skin care session. We can talk skin, your routine and offer tips and tricks.

Yes, 100%. OrangeTwist is in this for the long haul. We built this business over the last five years by investing in our team, our treatments, and our centers. We did all of this so we can grow with you, our clients, through the best and worst of times.
