What happened to my Ideal Image center?
Your center has transformed into an OrangeTwist treatment shop. We know change can feel unsettling, but our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible. You’ll continue receiving high-quality care, and our team is here to support you every step of the way.
What/who is OrangeTwist?
We’re your treatment shop, specializing in body, face, and skin! We offer a large variety of incredible treatments – many you’re likely already familiar with. For over ten years, we’ve provided best-in-class care, focusing on personalized treatment plans and thoughtful, expert service. With more than 18 centers across CA, WA, NJ, and TX, we’ve honed our approach to aesthetics while staying true to what matters most: helping you feel confident and cared for. We’re excited to bring our OrangeTwist touch to your location and can’t wait for you to experience the difference.
So, I’m technically an OrangeTwist client now, what does that mean?
It means you’re officially a part of the twist, your care will stay consistent, with a few added perks. You’ll continue seeing the same level of expertise you trust, plus you’ll now have access to OrangeTwist extras like our TwistMode rewards program and TwistUp memberships. In short: everything you already love, with a little something extra.
Will I still be able to see my same providers?
In many cases, yes. Our goal is to maintain continuity whenever possible, and our providers are here to help you continue working toward your goals. If anything changes, we’ll communicate clearly and help coordinate next steps.
Will all the treatments already offered still be available?
Yes! You’ll still be able to visit us for all the amazing treatments you’re accustomed to plus some new ones!
What is a “You Review”?
The “You Review” is OrangeTwist’s elevated take on aesthetic consultations. Our incredible provider team will chat with you about your aesthetic goals, answer any questions you have, and help you build a tailor-made treatment plan to kickstart (or revamp) your aesthetic journey. It’s not your ordinary consultation – it’s a step above – we want to know all about you and give you recommendations on treatments that fit your lifestyle and help you feel like your best self.
Will my existing package(s) be honored?
Yes — absolutely. All existing packages will be fully honored. You can continue using them just as planned.
