OrangeTwist SMS Program
Program Description. This service provides appointment reminders, treatment confirmations, post-care instructions, account and service alerts, and promotional offers for aesthetic treatments to clients who have opted in to receive text messages from OrangeTwist.
Opt-Out and Help. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (888) 731-0087. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency and Rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the programs you have opted in to, but you can generally expect approximately 3–5 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book an appointment, purchase treatments or products, or otherwise use OrangeTwist’s services. By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
Refund Policy
We understand things happen. Pre-paid treatments and packages are non-refundable 30 days after they are purchased, except as otherwise required by law or provided below. If you are not able to use all or some un-rendered, pre-paid treatments, credit may be offered toward other OrangeTwist treatments or products. If a refund for un-rendered, pre-paid treatments is requested within 30 days of the purchase, a refund to original payment method may be offered.
Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 14 days of purchase.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING
We require a credit card to be saved on file to book your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that unexpected circumstances can come up and may require you to adjust your schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $100. If you need to cancel due to an urgent or health-related matter, please contact us and we will work with you.
To cancel or reschedule, please speak directly with a staff member. A voicemail or text cannot guarantee that we will receive your notice in time to offer the opening to another client on our waitlist.
MISSED/NO-SHOW APPOINTMENT
If you miss an appointment and we did not hear from you at least 24 hours in advance, your appointment will be recorded as missed and a $100 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
LATE ARRIVALS
Appointments are scheduled based on the amount of time needed to perform your specific service. In some cases, arriving late may prevent us from completing your treatment or service properly. Because we want to deliver the best possible care, certain procedures may need to be rescheduled depending on your arrival time. If a client is 15 minutes or more late for their appointment, there may not be enough time to safely complete the treatment or procedure, and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
