Genuinely LOVE this place! I found out about it in July by chance with Natalia, who now does my botox and micro needling! She is so talented and knows just the right amount for you to get what you desire. I've also had Marissa for my facials (glow2, hydra facials, and derma plane!) and she's so helpful and friendly. I come out gloooowing! And relaxed 🥹 This place has become my happy place and the monthly membership is a huge win because it can also be applied to your treatments. They always have events where you can get discounted plans as well. Overall, this place has amazing customer service and great people such as Sabrina and Hannah⭐ I have officially become a regular here!

I lovedddd Brandi & the classic facial. I’m in my first trimester of my first pregnancy so was a little anxious getting a facial done but Brandi put me at such ease by being so patient with answering all my questions, her knowledge, & expertise. Janet and Sofia did an amazing job! It was my first time doing laser hair removal, and they made the experience so easy and calming. I had the best experience getting the Glo2 facial with Ashley. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and the facial bed was genuinely so cozy, they warm it up, and they even gave me the cutest, soft robe which was such a nice touch. Ashley was amazing and made the whole experience feel thoughtful and personalized. My skin looked instantly brighter after the facial, and honestly stayed glowy and smooth for weeks after now. It felt like real results, not just a one day glow. I’ll definitely be back and can’t recommend it enough.

My first ever Botox appointment was with Heather, who patiently walked me through the process and gave me very practical advice. Today was my first experience with ever getting a treatment from a med spa ..being in the hands of the employees of Orange Twist was so amazing. I was truly nervous about all of it and Emily, Alexandria and Jalyssa were truly exceptional. I’ve been to OrangeTwist in San Juan Capistrano twice now and both experiences were amazing. The center is clean, modern, and super welcoming — you immediately feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I came in first for Botox and more recently for the Avava laser treatment. Diana (RN) did a great job with my Botox. She listened to what my concerns were and my results were great. I had an Avava laser treatment to my face and neck a week ago. The staff, Brittnee (RN), Sandi (RN) and Mikayla (esthetician) were professional and did an exceptional job. I was expecting the laser it to be painful but to my surprise, not at all. So far the downtime was not as bad as expected. I can’t wait to see my skin change continue to change over the next couple of weeks! The center director, Alli is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a calming, reassuring presence. Her bubbly, warm personality is reason enough to come back. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for a place that feels professional but still warm and personalized, I can’t recommend OrangeTwist enough.
