I can’t recommend Cara enough! She was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Laser hair removal can definitely be uncomfortable at times, but she was incredibly patient, checked in with me throughout the treatment, and adjusted the pace whenever I needed a break. Genuinely LOVE this place! I found out about it in July by chance with Natalia, who now does my botox and micro needling! She is so talented and knows just the right amount for you to get what you desire. I've also had Marissa for my facials (glow2, hydra facials, and derma plane!) and she's so helpful and friendly. I come out gloooowing! And relaxed 🥹 This place has become my happy place and the monthly membership is a huge win because it can also be applied to your treatments. They always have events where you can get discounted plans as well. Angelle and Gigi are AMAZING! The facial I received was the Glo signature facial and it was so relaxing. All of the products used are top notch and they smelled wonderful! I won a mini facial and Ms. Angelle was great. She was very informative on what I needed to add to a facial routine. The environment is very serene and comfortable. Come by and see these ladies at OrangeTwist. They even offer bankable memberships. It’s a $99 monthly fee that rolls over to the next month if you don’t use them You do not lose them. The money can be used to purchased products as well. It does require a 6 month commitment but your money is not lost! Thanks ladies of OrangeTwist.

I had the best experience getting the Glo2 facial with Ashley. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and the facial bed was genuinely so cozy, they warm it up, and they even gave me the cutest, soft robe which was such a nice touch. I got a HydraFacial this morning with McKenzie at OrangeTwist and wow… it was amazing. As a mom of four little kids under six, it felt long overdue. I’ve been to OrangeTwist in San Juan Capistrano twice now and both experiences were amazing. The center is clean, modern, and super welcoming — you immediately feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I came in first for Botox and more recently for the Avava laser treatment. Diana (RN) did a great job with my Botox. She listened to what my concerns were and my results were great. I had an Avava laser treatment to my face and neck a week ago. The staff, Brittnee (RN), Sandi (RN) and Mikayla (esthetician) were professional and did an exceptional job. I was expecting the laser it to be painful but to my surprise, not at all. So far the downtime was not as bad as expected. I can’t wait to see my skin change continue to change over the next couple of weeks! The center director, Alli is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a calming, reassuring presence. Her bubbly, warm personality is reason enough to come back. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for a place that feels professional but still warm and personalized, I can’t recommend OrangeTwist enough.
