Treatment Preparation
Avoid blood-thinning medications like ibuprofen, aspirin, fish oil, and vitamin E for a few days before your appointment where possible to minimize bruising. Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner for two weeks beforehand. Come in with a clean face. Eat beforehand. Hydrate.
During treatment
Your provider will apply ultrasound gel and position the handpiece on the treatment area.
