Genuinely LOVE this place! I found out about it in July by chance with Natalia, who now does my botox and micro needling! She is so talented and knows just the right amount for you to get what you desire. I've also had Marissa for my facials (glow2, hydra facials, and derma plane!) and she's so helpful and friendly. I come out gloooowing! And relaxed 🥹 This place has become my happy place and the monthly membership is a huge win because it can also be applied to your treatments. They always have events where you can get discounted plans as well. I lovedddd Brandi & the classic facial. I had the best experience getting the Glo2 facial with Ashley. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The space itself is beautiful and calming, and the facial bed was genuinely so cozy, they warm it up, and they even gave me the cutest, soft robe which was such a nice touch. Ashley was amazing and made the whole experience feel thoughtful and personalized. My skin looked instantly brighter after the facial, and honestly stayed glowy and smooth for weeks after now. I’ve been to OrangeTwist in San Juan Capistrano twice now and both experiences were amazing. The center is clean, modern, and super welcoming — you immediately feel comfortable the moment you walk in. I came in first for Botox and more recently for the Avava laser treatment. Diana (RN) did a great job with my Botox. She listened to what my concerns were and my results were great. I had an Avava laser treatment to my face and neck a week ago. The staff, Brittnee (RN), Sandi (RN) and Mikayla (esthetician) were professional and did an exceptional job. I was expecting the laser it to be painful but to my surprise, not at all. So far the downtime was not as bad as expected. I can’t wait to see my skin change continue to change over the next couple of weeks! The center director, Alli is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a calming, reassuring presence. Her bubbly, warm personality is reason enough to come back. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. If you’re looking for a place that feels professional but still warm and personalized, I can’t recommend OrangeTwist enough.
