What Is PRX-T33?
PRX-T33, Derm Perfexion, is a patented blend of TCA (trichloroacetic acid), hydrogen peroxide, and kojic acid. Think of it as a no-needle alternative to microneedling: instead of creating micro-channels, the formula is massaged into the skin, where it works deeper while protecting the outer layer. Because that outer layer stays intact, there is no shedding phase, which is what separates PRX-T33 from the peels most people picture when they hear the word.

Prep is light. Ease off strong actives like retinoids and exfoliating acids a day or two before your visit, and arrive without makeup so the formula meets clean skin. That is it.
The Treatment
Rachael massages the blend into your skin in layers across about 30 minutes. You may feel mild warmth or a tingle as the layers go on, more spicy than uncomfortable. No numbing needed, no needles, no broken skin.
Aftercare
Your skin may look faintly pink or feel slightly tight for a short while. Stick to gentle skincare for a day and wear SPF 30 or higher. You are makeup-ready the same day, so lunch in Tanglewood can proceed as scheduled.
