What is PRX-T33?
PRX-T33 is a patented blend of TCA (trichloroacetic acid), hydrogen peroxide, and kojic acid. Think of it as a no-needle alternative to microneedling: it reaches deeper while protecting the outer layer of skin, so you get the firming benefit of a resurfacing treatment without the peeling phase that follows a traditional peel.
How PRX-T33 Works
Your esthetician massages the blend into your skin in layers. The TCA sets off a regenerative response below the surface, the hydrogen peroxide shields the outer skin so it never visibly sheds, and the kojic acid brightens pigmentation as it goes. The result builds from underneath rather than stripping from the top.
Built Around Your Skin
Our Sugar Land center carries the full PRX family, PRX Plus, PRX Derm Perfexion, and PRX C, so the formula is matched to your skin rather than assigned by default. Nick adjusts the number of layers and the length of your series based on how your skin takes the first session. Houston-area humidity and heavy sun exposure factor into the plan too, including how aggressively we push between sessions in July versus January.

Preparation
Ease off retinoids and exfoliating acids a day or two beforehand, and come in without makeup if you can manage it. That is the whole prep list. No numbing, no waiting around.
The Treatment
Nick massages the blend into your skin in layers across about 30 minutes. Most clients describe a mild warmth or tingle, more spicy than uncomfortable. No needles, no broken skin, no numbing required.
Aftercare
Your skin may look faintly pink or feel a little tight, then it settles. Keep skincare gentle for a day, wear SPF 30+ (not optional under a Texas sun), and go ahead and wear makeup the same day.

We sit on University Boulevard in Riverstone, an easy drive from Missouri City, Richmond, Sienna, First Colony, Telfair, and New Territory. Come in off Highway 6 or the Fort Bend Parkway and look for the Kroger center.
