What Is ZenTite?
ZenTite is OrangeTwist’s radiofrequency microneedling treatment. It combines two technologies in a single pass: microneedling, which creates controlled micro-channels that trigger the skin’s natural collagen response, and radiofrequency heat, which travels through those channels into the deeper layers to tighten existing skin and stimulate new collagen and elastin over time.
That heat is what separates ZenTite from traditional microneedling, such as OrangeTwist’s SkinPen treatment. SkinPen works mostly at the surface, which is well suited to texture and glow. ZenTite reaches deeper, which is why providers reach for it when the goal is firmer skin, a sharper jawline, deeper scars, or laxity that surface treatments cannot address.
ZenTite is engineered with a smart motor for precise, even needle placement and energy that adjusts to the skin in real time, allowing multi-layer treatment across different areas of the face in a single pass. Every ZenTite session is performed by a Licensed Provider.
What to Expect
You Review
Your provider examines your skin, discusses your goals, and confirms whether ZenTite is the right tool, or whether traditional microneedling or a combination approach suits you better. A realistic series and transparent pricing are reviewed before anything is booked.
Preparation
Stop retinoids and active exfoliants for five to seven days beforehand. Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner for two weeks beforehand. Let your provider know about any cold sore history, recent breakouts, or isotretinoin use within the past six months, and arrive with a clean, product-free face.
The treatment
Your provider applies numbing cream and lets it settle, then makes the treatment pass. The pass itself is fast, often fifteen to twenty minutes for a full face. Expect warmth and a light prickle rather than significant discomfort. Total appointment time runs 45 to 75 minutes including numbing.
Recovery
Expect redness similar to a mild to moderate sunburn for one to three days, sometimes with light swelling or pinpoint marks. Most clients return to normal within a day or two, with mineral makeup fine after 24 hours. Retinoids, exfoliants, and direct sun should be avoided for several days.

Who It’s For and Results
Good candidates want firmer skin, smoother texture, softer scars, or non-surgical tightening, and have realistic expectations about gradual, building results. ZenTite is not suitable for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device, an active skin infection in the treatment area, a bleeding disorder, or are on certain medications. A provider reviews full health history at the You Review.
Because radiofrequency microneedling does not target pigment, ZenTite is considered one of the safer collagen-building and tightening treatments for darker skin tones.
Most clients complete a series of three sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart, with an annual maintenance session afterward. Early smoothness and mild tightening appear within the first few weeks. The deeper structural change builds over three to six months as new collagen and elastin develop, with the full effect of a series typically visible around the four to six month mark. Results last one to two years for most clients, with an annual maintenance session supporting that timeline.
ZenTite pairs well with Sculptra, PRP, Density, and PRX.
