Your provider examines the areas you want to address, confirms what is pinchable and treatable, and maps out a realistic plan. Most areas need one or two sessions, with results building over three months. Pricing is walked through transparently before anything is booked.

Preparation
There is almost nothing to do beforehand. Eat as normal, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing. Avoid blood thinners like ibuprofen, aspirin, and fish oil for a few days where possible to minimize the chance of mild bruising.
The Treatment
Your provider applies a gel pad and the applicator to the treatment area. The applicator suctions the tissue and begins cooling. The first few minutes are spicy as the area cools, then numbs. Most clients read, scroll, or rest during the session. Each cycle takes 35 to 45 minutes, and multiple areas can be treated in the same visit.
Aftercare
Expect some redness, mild swelling, numbness, or tingling in the treated area for a few hours to a few weeks. A two-minute manual massage immediately after each cycle helps activate the cell breakdown. There is no real downtime, and you can return to all normal activities immediately.

From Kirkland, take Lake Washington Boulevard or I-405 south and exit toward NE 8th Street, then follow 116th Avenue NE in. From Redmond, take SR-520 west into Bellevue. Most trips are well under fifteen minutes outside of peak traffic.
