Clint Carnell is an experienced executive and recognized leader in medical devices and healthcare services. In 2000 he founded and later successfully sold Charleston Renal Care, a chain of dialysis centers to Davita. He was instrumental in the development of LASIK during the early 2000’s as head of surgical for Bausch + Lomb, contributing to the explosive growth of corporate refractive chains. Clint brought his skills to non-invasive aesthetics joining Thermage in 2005 where he was Chief Operating Officer and helped take the company public in 2006. Later named Solta Medical, the brands Thermage, Fraxel and Clear + Brilliant are still globally recognized by consumers and physicians alike. Clint currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of The HydraFacial Company, a private equity backed company that is the market leader in the forefront of general skin health The HydraFacial product is used by over 8000 customers worldwide and treats over 2.5m people annually. Clint’s broad and deep experience in non-invasive aesthetics brings a steady and knowledgeable hand at the helm of OrangeTwist as our Founder and Chairman.

Paul brings over 30 years of experience in finance, business strategy and operations roles, spanning pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer packaged goods industries. Most recently, Paul served as Chief Operating Officer for Syneron-Candela, where he led the supply chain for this global medical aesthetics device company. Prior to Syneron-Candela Paul spent 12 years at Allergan where he was Vice President, Finance and Commercial Operations for the Medical Aesthetics division. He was a member of the senior leadership team that built Allergan into the market leader for medical aesthetics. He began his career in public accounting at KPMG.
Chief Operating Officer
A native to Canada, moving to the Bay Area in 2004, Denise has been a part of OrangeTwist from the very beginning, and has been instrumental in the growth of the centers, team and culture. Denise graduated from Cordon Blue in San Francisco, which led her to a role as General Manager in French Brasseries and high end Steakhouses. This opportunity with Vine Solutions under Ed Levine, gave her the experience in launching restaurants and operating them once opened, responsible for revenue growth of 20% YOY. In this role, Denise was also responsible for revenues, employees and overall growth during her tenure. She opened 2 new high-end steakhouses from scratch and gained experience in founding strategic customer initiatives like the Poodle Parade, Bastille Day Celebrations and multiple Make-a-Wish events. Denise’s experience with high-end restaurants combined with her working knowledge of medial device makes her the ideal liaison for delivering healthcare services for OrangeTwist.
