Preparation
Avoid intensive exfoliants, retinols, and aggressive at-home treatments for a few days beforehand. Come with a clean face if you can, otherwise your esthetician handles the cleanse. That is genuinely all the prep needed.
The Treatment
Your esthetician guides the Hydrafacial wand across your face in three passes: cleanse and exfoliate, extract, then hydrate and infuse. The whole thing takes 30 to 60 minutes depending on tier and boosters. Most clients describe a cool, gentle suction.
Aftercare
Walk out and carry on. There is no real aftercare. Skip intensive exfoliation for 24 hours, wear SPF 30 or higher (especially in a Texas summer), and let the glow do its thing. Most clients are makeup-ready immediately.
