What is a Hydrafacial?
Hydrafacial is a non-invasive, medical-grade facial that combines three proven steps: cleansing and exfoliation, painless extraction, and intensive hydration with medical-grade serums. It is one of the most performed skin treatments in the world, and our Highland Village estheticians deliver it day in, day out.
How Hydrafacial works
What sets it apart from a traditional facial is the patented Vortex-Fusion tip. Instead of manual extraction, which can leave skin red and tender, Hydrafacial uses gentle spiral suction to clear congestion and infuse serums into freshly cleared pores at the same time. More effective, more comfortable, and visible the second you sit up.
Built around your skin
The serums are medical-grade, with hyaluronic acid, peptides, and antioxidants chosen for your skin type and goals. Your esthetician assesses your skin at a complimentary consultation and recommends the right tier and boosters. No upsell pressure, just the plan that suits your face.

No concerns found.
Why Hydrafacial at OrangeTwist Highland Village
Six reasons clients across Flower Mound, Lewisville, Lantana, and Copper Canyon book their glow with OrangeTwist over the dozens of facial options nearby.
Skin looks brighter, clearer, and plumper before you reach the car. No build-up period, no waiting. The glow does the talking by the time you stand up.
Our Highland Village estheticians deliver Hydrafacial all day and get to know what works for your skin between visits, which is what keeps the glow consistent.
No redness, no peeling, no recovery. Book it before a wedding, a flight, or just before a Friday night out.
Congestion, dehydration, dullness, fine lines, uneven tone. Boosters and serums swap to target what your skin actually needs this month, not what a protocol says you should get.
Every You Review is on us, every time. Reassess your skin, change tiers, or layer in a booster whenever you like, the consult is free.
Hydrafacial is one of the treatments where membership earns its keep in the first month. Members get exclusive pricing on every visit, Beauty Bank credit, and priority booking.
Your visit
What to Expect at Your Highland Village Hydrafacial Appointment
From the first hello to the moment you walk back out glowing, here is how a Hydrafacial visit at our Highland Village center runs.

You Review
Your injector reviews the areas that bother you, watches how your face moves, and recommends a product and dose. Pricing is walked through before anything is drawn up. No pressure, no upsell.

Preparation
Skip blood thinners like ibuprofen, aspirin, and fish oil for a few days where you safely can, and hold off on alcohol the night before to reduce the chance of a small bruise. Otherwise, come as you are.

The Treatment
A series of quick, fine injections into the mapped muscles. Most clients describe each as a brief pinch. The whole thing takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on how many areas you are treating. No numbing usually needed.

Aftercare
Stay upright for four hours, skip the gym and the sauna for the rest of the day, and avoid rubbing the treated area. That is the entire aftercare list. You can drive yourself home and head straight back to work.
Your results
Real Results from Real Highland Village Clients
Hydrafacial delivers results you can see by the time you stand up. Here is the realistic timeline, and how the glow builds with consistency.
-
When you see results
Most clients start to see Botox kick in within three to five days, with full results showing up around two weeks after treatment. Your provider may invite you back for a two-week check to fine-tune anything that needs it.
-
How long results last
Results typically last three to four months. Many clients stretch it to five with a consistent schedule. Over time, the targeted muscles become less active between appointments, which can mean less product needed and more time between visits.
-
Building a maintenance rhythm
Botox lands best as part of a routine, not a one-off. Your Brea provider will map out a realistic maintenance plan based on how your results settle, and how your face moves through everyday life.
