The Treatment
Your provider applies a gel pad and the applicator to the area. It suctions the tissue and begins cooling. The first few minutes feel intense as the area cools, then numbs. Most clients read, scroll, or rest. Each cycle takes 35 to 45 minutes, and multiple areas can be treated in one visit using dual applicators.
Aftercare
Expect redness, mild swelling, numbness, or tingling in the area for a few hours to a few weeks. A two-minute massage right after each cycle helps kick off the cell breakdown. No real downtime. Drive yourself home and return to everything, including the gym, immediately.

The first few minutes feel intense as the area cools, then it numbs and most clients are comfortable enough to read or scroll. The post-cycle massage can feel odd for a moment. That is about the extent of it.
No real downtime. You might have redness, swelling, numbness, or tingling for a few hours to a few weeks, but you can drive yourself home and return to all normal activities, including the gym, the same day.
