What is CoolSculpting Elite and how does it work?
What is CoolSculpting Elite?
CoolSculpting Elite is the latest generation of cryolipolysis, the science of eliminating fat cells by cooling them to a temperature fat cannot survive but skin, muscle and nerves can. The Elite system uses redesigned C-shaped applicators that fit the body’s natural curves and treat up to two areas at once, cutting visit time. It is FDA-cleared for nine treatment areas.
How fat freezing works
Fat cells freeze at a higher temperature than the tissue around them. The Elite applicator draws the treatment area in and holds it at a precisely controlled cold for around 35 minutes. The chilled fat cells crystallize and break down, and over the next one to three months your lymphatic system clears them out for good. Once those cells are gone, they are gone; remaining cells can still change size with weight, which is why we treat the area, not the scale.

From consult to clearance, here is how the process actually runs.
You Review
Your provider assesses the area, checks the fat is pinchable and suitable, takes baseline photos, and maps a cycle plan with transparent pricing. No pressure, and no booking until the plan makes sense to you.
Preparation
Eat normally, hydrate, and wear comfortable clothes. There is nothing to fast for and nothing to stop taking. Bring a laptop or a book for the chair time.
The Treatment
The applicator draws the area in with a firm tug, the cold bites for the first five to ten minutes, then the area goes numb and you settle in. Around 35 minutes per cycle. Afterward your provider massages the area for two minutes, which is briefly spicy and improves results.
Aftercare
Expect some redness, tingling or numbness in the area for a few days to a few weeks; all normal and none of it stops you doing anything. There is no activity restriction. Your follow-up photos are booked before you leave.
