A few days before your appointment, avoid blood thinners like ibuprofen and aspirin where possible, and hold off on alcohol for 24 hours beforehand. Come in with a clean face. That is all there is to it.
Your provider will use a very fine needle to deliver small, precise amounts of Botox into the targeted muscles. The whole process takes 15 to 30 minutes. Most clients describe each injection as the lightest spicy on the menu, gone in a second.
