What are B12 and NAD+ wellness shots?
A wellness shot is a quick injection designed to support how you feel, not how you look. We offer two at Henderson, and you can book either on its own or together.
B12 injections
Vitamin B12 is a nutrient your body relies on for energy production and nervous system function. It is water-soluble and not always absorbed well from food, so plenty of people run lower than they realize. An injection delivers it directly and skips digestion altogether. Most clients book weekly.
NAD+ injections
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body. It is central to energy production and cellular repair, and levels decline with age. Our NAD+ shot is a 50 mg subcutaneous injection given twice a week, with no lab draw needed to start.

If your energy checked out before your to-do list did, or focus is taking more effort than it should, this is worth a conversation. B12 suits everyday energy support. NAD+ tends to appeal to clients who want something built into their routine, whether that is recovery, focus, or general cellular upkeep. Neither is about chasing a dramatic transformation. Think of them as maintenance for the systems already running the show. Wellness shots are not right for everyone, so your provider confirms you are a good candidate at your You Review.

You Review
Every client starts with a complimentary You Review. Your provider talks through how you have been feeling, your health history, and your current medications and supplements, then screens for anything that rules a shot out. No lab draw is required. You leave with a plan: B12, NAD+, or both, on a schedule that fits your week.
Preparation
Bring your medication and supplement list.
For NAD+, stay well hydrated for 24 hours beforehand and have a light, balanced meal one to three hours before. Skip alcohol for 24 to 48 hours, and go easy on caffeine, energy drinks, and pre-workout that day, since they can add to a racing heart.
For B12, there is nothing special to do ahead of time.
Treatments
Your provider cleans the site, typically your arm, thigh, or abdomen. The B12 shot takes a few seconds. NAD+ goes in a little more slowly, and it can feel spicy if it is given too fast or too slow, so your provider paces it. Doing both? They go in at separate sites, in the same visit. Sites rotate from visit to visit.
Aftercare
B12 clients are free to go right away. After NAD+, you relax in center for about 15 minutes so your provider can make sure you feel well. Mild soreness, redness, or bruising at the site is common and usually fades within a day. Some clients feel a brief flush, mild nausea, or a faster heartbeat after NAD+ that settles quickly. Tell your provider if anything feels off. Itching, a rash, trouble breathing, or swelling of the face or throat needs urgent medical attention.

NAD+ is not suitable if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, 25 or younger, or allergic to vitamin B3 or niacin. It is also not appropriate with active cancer, and a clearance letter is required if you have a history of cancer. Some liver, kidney, and cardiovascular conditions and some medications may rule it out. Your provider screens all of this, for both shots, at your You Review.
