You Review
Your provider examines the areas you want to address, confirms what is pinchable and treatable, and maps a realistic plan. Most areas need one or two sessions, with results building over three months. Pricing is walked through transparently before anything is booked.
Preparation
Almost nothing to do beforehand. Eat as normal, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing. Skip blood thinners like ibuprofen, aspirin, and fish oil for a few days where you safely can to reduce the chance of mild bruising.
The Treatment
Your provider applies a gel pad and the applicator to the area. It suctions the tissue and begins cooling. The first few minutes feel intense as the area cools, then numbs. Most clients read, scroll, or rest. Each cycle takes 35 to 45 minutes, and multiple areas can be treated in one visit using dual applicators.
Aftercare
Expect redness, mild swelling, numbness, or tingling in the area for a few hours to a few weeks. A two-minute massage right after each cycle helps kick off the cell breakdown. No real downtime. Drive yourself home and return to everything, including the gym, immediately.

The first few minutes feel intense as the area cools, then it numbs and most clients are comfortable enough to read or scroll. The post-cycle massage can feel odd for a moment. That is about the extent of it.
No real downtime. You might have redness, swelling, numbness, or tingling for a few hours to a few weeks, but you can drive yourself home and return to all normal activities, including the gym, the same day.
CoolSculpting Elite works on pinchable fat in people at or near a stable weight who want to target specific areas. It is a contouring tool, not a weight loss method. If an area is not a fit, your provider will tell you at the consult.
Immediately after each cycle your provider massages the treated area for about two minutes. It can feel odd because the area is numb, but it helps break up the treated fat cells and improves the result.
