ZenTite is OrangeTwist Tustin’s radiofrequency (RF) microneedling treatment, available exclusively in the US at OrangeTwist Centers. It combines fine, sterile needles with radiofrequency energy delivered through the micro-channels they create, driving a collagen and elastin response at depth.
How ZenTite Works
Controlled micro-channels trigger the skin’s repair response near the surface. Radiofrequency energy travels through those channels into the deeper dermis, contracting existing collagen immediately and activating new collagen and elastin production over the following months. Channels seal quickly, keeping recovery to one to three days.

Hold retinoids and active exfoliants for five to seven days beforehand. Avoid extended sun exposure and self-tanner for two weeks before your session. Let your provider know about any cold sore history, recent breakouts, or isotretinoin use in the past six months. Come in with a clean face.
The Treatment
Numbing cream goes on first. Once it takes effect, your provider makes the treatment pass, adjusting depth zone by zone. The full-face pass runs roughly 15 to 20 minutes. Most people describe it as warmth and a light prickle, considerably more manageable than older RF microneedling.
Aftercare
Expect redness and warmth for one to three days, similar to a mild sunburn. Keep to a gentle cleanser and broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher. Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, and direct sun exposure for several days. Your provider sends you home with a specific aftercare routine.
