OrangeTwist Santa Clara is AMAZING! I grabbed an amazing deal on laser hair removal. I had always wanted to have it done, but did not realize how affordable it was! I was nervous at my first appointment, but the front desk team and incredible manager Vanessa assured me about the process. My esthetician, Erin, has been outstanding at each appointment. She checks in with me before the appointment to make sure I am happy with my results and always explains clearly what she is going to do. On one occasion I had to bring my son with my to the appointment and he waited in the lobby. The front desk staff were so sweet to him and gave him a box juice and snacks and when my appointment was done (it was only about 5 minutes) he did not want to leave! It is a very calming and welcoming environment. I could tell all the staff love working there under Vanessa's leadership. I highly recommend!

I had been on the hunt for a medical spa closer to my home for various aesthetic treatments. The place I had been going to was way too far for my liking, so I could not attend as frequently as I'd hope. A quick Google search and a few positive reviews later led me to my new treatment shop! I was impressed because when I booked online, the director reached out personally to make sure that I knew where to find them in the Santa Clara Square Plaza. I was already WOW'D by the immediate customer service. After easily finding the place, I noticed that the moment I walked in, the sweet scent of ORANGES hit my nose. Very on- brand! LOL!! The reception area was bright and the front office staff was very welcoming and friendly. Now I know what I had always been missing; an immediate sense of belonging and comfort. I knew this place was going to be like a home away from home. I even got a little tour and a run down of all the treatments they had to offer. Now to my appointment; I was really happy with my hydra-facial here at OrangeTwist Santa Clara! Anna, MY esthetician, was very detailed in finding out details about my skin care history. She checked what I wanted out of the sessions, described my best options, and outlined her recommendations based on my own concerns. The treatment itself was fantastic, and I appreciate her check-ins to make sure I was comfortable. She always let me know what was happening next and how the following steps would feel so I wasn't surprised. I felt refreshed and was GLOWING! She also showed me what products I could use at home to keep up my skin care routine and maintain my results. She explained how these products are medical grade and how they should be used. I never have felt rushed in spite of phones ringing, people checking in and out, and some people waiting in the waiting room. All of the staff take their time and continue making me and other patients a real priority, which I now realize was also missing at the other medical spa I had been to. Since my initial appointment went so well, I have been back frequently and will continue that way because the ball has not dropped. It's nice to be somewhere where people genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs! It's so refreshing and not as common these days. I will absolutely continue my treatments here as well as recommend friends and family. The treatment results are great, the price is competitive, and I really appreciate how Anna listens to what I am looking for while she gives her expertise on how to achieve it through treatments and my at home routine. Overall, the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and they always make sure I'm satisfied with my experience. As an OrangeTwist member, I'll definitely be back!!!

I got the Glo2Facial with Jillian and absolutely obsessed with the outcome! My face looks so plump, hydrated, and rejuvenated after the facial. Now that it got colder, my skin has been dry. Overall experience was amazing! Sometimes getting something done on your face can be a bit nerve-racking, but Jillian was very gentle, thorough and would give me a heads up when something was going to be cold or warm so I wasn't surprised. I love their location, plenty of parking, next to Wholefoods which is super convenient. The room and bed I was in was very comfortable and relaxing. They have a heated pad, blankets, knee pillow, refreshments. All the staff are always so nice and welcoming every time I go in! The store manager Vanessa is so informative with all the promos they have going on. Everybody's skin there is SO flawless! They have so many services to choose from too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If I could select 100 stars for the Santa Clara orange twist center, I absolutely would. The center is fresh, clean and has a friendly and welcoming vibe, I felt comfortable and calm immediately. The staff (director Stacy) is extremely knowledgeable with the centers services and staff. I have stubborn arm fat that has been impossible to lose and they’ve caused my self esteem to spiral. Stacy’s cool sculpting expertise and attention to what my concerns are — put together a plan that has already helped and saw results after my first appointment! A few weeks later I visited the center for a touch up on my lip filler (done elsewhere) and I saw Darlene. Darlene asked what my goal was for my lips, and desired look and after explaining and showing reference pictures she advised that I dissolve and start over due to over filling. As hesitant as I was to do so, I followed the professional advice and plan per Darlene. Since, I have refilled my lips and they’re beautiful, beyond my expectations 100% Darlene also advised on adding filler to smile lines to soften my face (I mentioned this want in a previous consultation) This center is amazing and the staff truly enhances the energy and care for their clients. I highly recommend this center and it’s staff for all Med spa related care — the retail skincare products are great too (Darlene helped me with finding the right cleanser/ exfoliate) and I can’t wait to try it! Ladies, this center is a must!
