Your injector will mark the injection points and apply a topical numbing cream. Most filler products also contain lidocaine, which makes the injections themselves more comfortable. Aftercare
Expect some swelling, mild bruising, and tenderness for 24 to 72 hours. Use cool compresses, sleep elevated, and avoid pressure on the treated area for 24 hours. Skip strenuous exercise, alcohol, and heat exposure (saunas, hot yoga) for 24 to 48 hours. Your injector will share specific aftercare for your treatment areas.
